Billy Jack Rusk, 59, passed from this life to the next on Saturday, November 16,2019. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 2PM at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco. Arrangements were under the direction of Chambers Funeral Home. Billy Jack Rusk was born on June 22, 1960 in Eunice, NM to Jack Douglas Rusk and Bessie Kathleen Preece Rusk. He worked as a truck driver, and enjoyed working on his pickup truck and fishing. Survivors include his daughter, Lacey Rusk; son, Brandon Michael Rusk; brothers, Douglas Rusk, James Rusk, Charles Rusk, and Patrick Rusk; sister, Lonia Carson; and 4 grandchildren.
